labom壓(ya)力(li)變(bian)送(song)器是(shi)壹(yi)種將壓力(li)轉換(huan)成(cheng)氣(qi)動信號或電(dian)動信(xin)號進(jin)行(xing)控(kong)制和遠(yuan)傳的(de)設備(bei)。它能(neng)將測壓元(yuan)件(jian)傳感器感(gan)受(shou)到(dao)的(de)氣體、液(ye)體等(deng)物(wu)理(li)壓力參(can)數轉變(bian)成(cheng)標(biao)準(zhun)的(de)電(dian)信號(hao),以(yi)供(gong)給指示報(bao)警儀(yi)、記(ji)錄儀、調節器等(deng)二次(ci)儀(yi)表(biao)進(jin)行(xing)測量、指(zhi)示和過(guo)程調節(jie)。labom壓(ya)力(li)變(bian)送(song)器使用過(guo)程應註意考慮(lv)下列(lie)情(qing)況:
1、防(fang)止變(bian)送(song)器與腐蝕性(xing)或過(guo)熱的(de)介質接觸;
2、防(fang)止渣(zha)滓在(zai)導管(guan)內(nei)沈積;
3、測量液(ye)體壓力時(shi),取(qu)壓(ya)口(kou)應(ying)開(kai)在(zai)流程管(guan)道(dao)側面,以(yi)避免(mian)沈澱(dian)積渣(zha);
4、測量氣(qi)體壓力時(shi),取(qu)壓(ya)口(kou)應(ying)開(kai)在(zai)流程管(guan)道(dao)頂端,並(bing)且變(bian)送(song)器也應安(an)裝在(zai)流程管(guan)道(dao)上(shang)部(bu),以(yi)便(bian)積累的(de)液(ye)體容易註入(ru)流程管(guan)道(dao)中;
5、導壓(ya)管(guan)應安(an)裝在(zai)溫度波(bo)動(dong)小(xiao)的(de)地方;
6、測量蒸(zheng)汽(qi)或其它高(gao)溫介質時(shi),需(xu)接加緩沖(chong)管(guan)(盤管(guan))等(deng)冷(leng)凝(ning)器,不(bu)應使變(bian)送(song)器的(de)工(gong)作(zuo)溫度超過(guo)極(ji)限(xian);
7、冬(dong)季(ji)發(fa)生(sheng)冰(bing)凍(dong)時(shi),安(an)裝在(zai)室外(wai)的(de)變(bian)送(song)器必需(xu)采(cai)取(qu)防(fang)凍措施,避免(mian)引壓(ya)口(kou)內(nei)的(de)液(ye)體因結冰(bing)體積膨脹(zhang),導至傳感器損壞;
8、測量液(ye)體壓力時(shi),變(bian)送(song)器的(de)安(an)裝位(wei)置(zhi)應(ying)避免(mian)液(ye)體的(de)沖(chong)擊(ji)(水錘現象),以(yi)免(mian)傳感器過(guo)壓(ya)損壞;
9、接(jie)線時(shi),將(jiang)電(dian)纜穿(chuan)過(guo)防(fang)水接(jie)頭(tou)(附(fu)件(jian))或繞(rao)性管(guan)並(bing)擰(ning)緊(jin)密封螺(luo)帽(mao),以(yi)防(fang)雨水(shui)等(deng)通(tong)過(guo)電(dian)纜滲漏進(jin)變(bian)送(song)器殼體內(nei)。
